A Seaview Nexus file fails without any error message

File SEPS12S.nxs fails without any error message at all. Figure out why?

Seems to be a combination of comments inside the matrix (but why?) and also caused by there not being a "I didn't see any sequences in this file!" error message. Both should be rectified.
