Get rid of "TaxonDNA" everywhere

It only confuses the issue.

The 9cba232 and 219a4c6 commits should have cleaned things up somewhat. I fear we shall need to rebase the entire application and cut SpeciesIdentifier out :-(. I'll do that later.

Some more changes in e3fdd44 ("TaxonDNA" -> "this program"). Note that exports still report the program as having being exported by "TaxonDNA"! I think this makes sense, and fiddling this would mean SpeciesIdentifier exports files which claim to be from "SequenceMatrix", which would be confusing. This needs discussing.

Note that in NetBeans you can search for C<"TaxonDNA"> which seems to find exactly the relevant entries.
