Uncancel entire taxon

There should be a way to uncancel a taxon. Ideally, if you highlighted a canceled taxon name, the "Cancel entire taxon" button would change to "Uncancel entire taxon". It took me a while to figure out that I had to uncancel a taxon by uncanceling each gene individually. (I still think "ignore" is more appropriate that "cancel", but as I recall, I was outvoted on this.)
