Broken Reference Link

In the References section, the following link appears to be broken (not working) because opening it shows Error 404 (Not Found):

@gaul This seems to be the correct reference link: https://www.aifb.kit.edu/images/1/17/How_soon_is_eventual.pdf . Please correct the reference link in README.
