Broken shield use when multiple instances run

Steps to Reproduce (as best as you can)

Open 2+ clients with autoclef Run them all to do a task with a shield Have a skeleton shoot arrows

Expected Behavior

Bot blocks the arrow

Actual Behavior (What lead to the bot getting permanently stuck)

it shows the shield up but it still gets hit
