The diamonds falling into lava isn't really something I will fix. The only thing I can do is make it avoid mining blocks above lava, and that will have lots of unforeseen consequences (I'd much rather the bot be a bit wasteful than potentially introduce a major "stuck" bug, even if it rarely happens).

As for the baritone failed spam will look into that later.
