Bug Description

searching for stored blaze rods in the nether before enderman hunt

Steps to Reproduce (as best as you can)

bring @gamer to the blaze rods storing stage

Expected Behavior

go hunt endermans

Actual Behavior

goes to nether for blaze rods again and tries to open phantom chest

Kinda figured this was a bug but the video is very helpful. Looks like I messed up the logic for deciding when to go to the nether vs get the blaze rods (and also chests should be dimension-dependent).
