Clear nearby blocks (vines/ladders/tall grass/drip/sugarcane) if the bot is stuck nearby them

if it gets stuck and there is vines, nether vines, tall grass, dripleafs/dripleafstems, flowers/roses, kelp, sugarcane, etc near it then it will automatically mine that

I have encountered this a Few times also when it is going somewhere it will try to walk through vines in a swamp and then gets stuck
