Docker image for gmvault

Hey,

Nice to have you back. I made a docker image for easy usage of gmvault and would love to get a git verified image up and running with the coming version. If you wanna look into specifics: https://dev.seetheprogress.eu/seetheprogress/dockerfiles/tree/master/gmvault

Cool I would be happy to use that dockerized version. Once I have finished the dev for the new version I will make some experiments with your docker dist.

I pushed my latest images to the docker repository: docker pull seetheprogress/gmvault:testing for the 1.9.1 branch docker pull seetheprogress/gmvault:latest for the latest release (1.9 currently)
