feat(gatsby-source-s3): Support Image CDN

Gatsby's new Image CDN can easily be supported by making use of gatsbyImage, see https://support.gatsbyjs.com/hc/en-us/articles/4426393233171-How-to-Enable-Image-CDN — meaning a considerable performance improvement.

an implementation has been made, testing is needed, and performance is not guaranteed. we'll revisit if folks are using it.

Wow, great; will be glad to test - what should I install and is there any flag / config to enable Image CDN for this plugin? I don't see it in v3.1.2.
