Added OVH Cloud to Custom Endpoints

Thanks for the contribution! I think it would be better to follow the convention used in the Rackspace and Linode bullet points of having the URL use an example region with instructions to replace it, instead of <public cloud region>. It looks like OVH's equivalent of us-east-1 is VIN-1. (I don't use OVH, so I'm not sure if that's the right format, hence why having an example would be useful)

Could you please change that? Then I'd be happy to approve this PR. (Although I'm about to go to bed, so I'll most likely approve it tomorrow)

Sorry, this is probably obvious to someone who's use OVH, but is there a list somewhere of the regions that can be used in the URL? I found this page but it doesn't list gra, it lists GRA1 and GRA2.

I think it might be beneficial to include a link to some documentation about the available values/format of the region.
