[BUG] Batch cloning only possible on open issues

Describe the bug The batch clone button apparently only appears on the starting page of issues, i.e. when the address in the browser ends on "yourRepoName/issues". As soon as you apply any filters, the batch clone button disappears. Not sure if this is really a bug or a missing feature, sorry if calling this a bug is wrong.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://github.com/gatewayapps/kamino/issues (or another repo where you would get the batch clone button)
2. Click on "closed" or any other filter criteria
3. See error: batch clone button disappears

Expected behavior batch clone button should remain visible

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Win10
• Browser chrome
• Version 92.0.4515.131 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)
