quotation mark and accent brocken with international layout with dead key

Hi, thank you for the extension, It would have been really great for me but it broke my keyboard layout: International layout with dead key require to press the space bar after quotation mark key to insert an actual quotation mark (because those characters are also use to add accents to common letters). Same thing for all the accent character that need to press the space bar.

Problem: With this extension activated it just append a space ignoring the previous accent character.
