Since you already have a fork, what if I link to it and mark this one as deprecated?

This is what happen when I build your dockerfile with docker 0.11.1: https://gist.github.com/magnusstubman/f2f65222a3ee4bd34f91

Instead I simply changed the part which moved the files around such that npm doesnt have to be ran from another folder: https://github.com/magnusstubman/docker/blob/master/nodeapp/Dockerfile
