[Feature Request] static IP and host name

Hi. First of all: thank you for this great tool. Helps me so much to streamline network setups on nearly a weekly basis

Lately I was in a somewhat special situation.

1. I wanted to assign a static IP to a specific device
2. I wanted to provide a dedicated host name

I guess a new options that just extend the dnsmasq config would work. Maybe just use the same argument as dnsmasq does. E.g. --dhcp-host=00:20:e0:3b:13:af,192.168.0.123,foobar,infinite which directly translates to a config line like dhcp-host=00:20:e0:3b:13:af,192.168.0.123,wap,infinite.
