Allow the user to create his own catagories

The extensions is very helpful but, if we add a long list of search engines, it will be hard to use. It would be good if it is possible to add categories as well as shown here:

Before it get implemented, you can use custom label, which is a new feature in version 2.3.1 Although that's not true catagories, that might make the long list look more comfortable :)

(already on Firefox Store. What browser do you use? I'll upload 2.3.1 crx soon.)

Oh, I guess you downloaded by git pull. In repo, manifest are different. manifest.json is for Firefox, manifest-chrome.json is for Chrome. So I give Chrome users a link to download crx or zip special for Chrome.

You can replace the file (just the manifest file) then error will be gone on Chrome.

Indeed, my mistake, I should've unpacked the .crx instead. All good 👍
