Puppet 7.x and Foreman 3.5.1 in Rocky Linux 8

Choose the agent bootstrap by Rocky Linux 8 or Ubuntu 20.04

Possible to use the latest releases of Rocky Linux (9) and Ubuntu LTS (22.04)
