[Bug] v3.0.1 - White text on white background in list in night mode

I always use night mode/dark themes where available in software as I have quite sensitive eyes. Unfortunately, the night mode in Quoll does not have dark backgrounds for list items, so as a result there is white text on a white/light grey background that is unreadable.

I use the list functionality to specify things like item types or a character's gender, but I'm now forced to either switch night mode on and off constantly if I want to use the lists functionality or select list options blindly.

The screenshot shows off both the list where you can select options (marked by a rectangular red border) and under it is the pop-up that shows the options that I've configured to show up in the list.

Another issue is that the marking colour for selected options is white, so this makes it tough to tell whether you have selected any odd-numbered options in the list as they have a white background by default. (Sadly, this is tougher to screenshot.)
