I've updated `develop` using `hidapi` 0.12.0 so I'll close this issue.

Ongoing support for this issue will be the `develop` branch as #108 has a working `darwin-aarch64` dylib in place. To avoid clutter I'll close this issue now.

Initial attach events (with setAutoStart(false)) not generated after HidServices.stop() + HidServices.start()

Hi @tresf . Looks like it was missed with all the other changes to the `build-hidapi.sh` script. I've just pushed some changes to `develop` which should address the minimum targets...
