How to run this in Raspberry PI (Raspbian)?

Hi, I am trying to come up with a version of pocketsphinx which would work in a Raspberry Pi (Raspbian) using a .NetCore app.

Can you guide me on how to achieve this?

Should I compile pocketsphinx on the raspberry pi first? A step by step process to run your project would be great.
