Program Won't launch

Downloaded the net core package from the link provided and when I go to open the downloader program, it opens for a second then automatically closes. Any idea what I could be setting up incorrectly?

Please provide more details about crash and your operating system. Have you tried to use Visual Studio Debugger tools?

It requires the NetCore 3.1 Runtime. Download it from here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/3.1/runtime

I literally installed all three options and it worked like a charm.
