Upgrade puppeteer dependency to v10+

Hi, as puppeteer v10 solves an important issue regarding arm64 chromium-executables on the Apple Silicon platform (M1), please update this locked dependency (currently 7.1) and publish a new version, thx !

thanks a lot, now works like a charm on Apple Silicon - if installation of chromium fails, just install homebrew and do "brew install chromium" do install the ARM64 version.
