Hi, thank you for writing this useful plugin!

I noticed a problem that appears only on IE 11 of all the browsers I tested. Sometimes, an image may be already fully loaded when document.ready fires, so attaching an event handler for the image's load event will not work. I propose this change which appears to fix the issue.

Thank you very much Petko I'll try to merge and kick out a new version as soon as possible. I've not worked on this for a long time but it would be a capital sin to waste a good contribution

You're welcome! I see it's been a while since the last activity on this project, but nevertheless it's still a very useful tool even today, in 2016.
