Details of a user is not properly displayed in its respective section

Describe the bug In organizations section @ is coming and it is displaying organizations in the different section same with the twitter handle instead if user is not have twitter handle and organizations that section should not be displayed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'DisplayCard.js on line 86 instead of twitter username organizations should display'

Expected behavior Details should display in its respective section
