Add support for React 18
Installation is failing with React 18 due to peer dependencies in package.json:

"react": "^16.8.3 || ^17.0.0",
"react-table": "^7.0.5"
},
$ npm install

Installation works and there are no issues using npm install --force, but it's a kludge. Let me know if you'd like a pull request for this.
