Values turned around in notification

Describe the bug In a error notification the plan and repo are turned around. It now says: "Task: forget for plan "minio-302-01" in repo "syncthing-minio-302-01". The plan is syncthing-minio-302-01 and the repo is minio-302-01.

To Reproduce Set a notification for any error on the repo

Expected behavior Change plan and repo around
