Restore files to existing directory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is not possible to restore files to a directory that already exists or is not empty.

Describe the solution you'd like I think it would be quite nice to have the option to opt-in in, knowing the risk, and letting the user decide wheter to restore to an already existing directory.

@garethgeorge What do you think about adding an extra if "allowOverride" or something like that here and extending the RestoreSnapshotRequest which the user then can opt into? Am I missing something?

I like the idea of implementing a confirmation box, main bottleneck here is my finding a time away from other feature streams to implement the change. Would also happily take this as a PR if someone is highly motivated.
