Forked this repo and updated to v12.0. Note that PG 11 and beyond are x64 only.

@garethflowers Thanks a tonne for your work. Your 10.x release greatly helped me in one of my projects. I don't want to maintain a parallel repo just for newer releases. Please consider merging my changes into your repo so it will be easy for everyone to find newer PG versions. Thanks again.
