Cannot clone repositories

Not sure if this is my end, but I'm getting an error when I try to clone a repository

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/oconnellamethyst/senatesikuli.git/': error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version
