No unfortunately I don't have time to commit to this today, but just trying to help out with the few tips I have.

Added to 3.11 because it should be a quick win and doesn't conflict with the angular upgrade. This is not a blocker for the release.

Delayed to 3.12.0 to speed up 3.11.0 release.
