Add a link in the info page to rate the application in the AppStore/Google Play store

The functionality should be likewise:

  1. every 5 times the application is run, a dialog appears requesting the user to review the app.
  2. the dialog has 3 buttons: "lets go", "not now", and "don't show again".
  3. pressing "lets go" takes the user to the app page on the store (see links below). The dialog then never appears again
  4. pressing "not now" dismisses the dialog
  5. pressing "dont' show again" dismisses the dialog, and the dialog never appears again for the user.

In addition, from the "about" page there is a link to rate the application.
