Is there any way to import this block list into Lemmy?

I'm sorry I don't know, I would check with the Lemmy project or somebody familiar with Lemmy admin.

The plain text list should be relatively easy to import one way or another, even if it required a custom script to do so https://github.com/gardenfence/blocklist/blob/main/gardenfence.txt
