Update GPU guide

What this PR does / why we need it: As we joined the AI Conformance program and Garden Linux is now supported by the NVIDIA GPU Operator, we updated our AI/ML guide accordingly and added additional helpful information.

We are working on integrating GPU metrics into the Gardener-provided cluster monitoring stack by default in a future release.
