Show closed tickets in shoot details page

What would you like to be added: Show also closed tickets in the shoot details page, at least the last x (maybe 3-4?) should you want to limit this list.

Why is this needed: Sometimes issues are specific to a cluster (e.g. because of the workload, because of shoot configuration, ...).When DoDs check a cluster having such issues it would be helpful if they would directly see the last x closed tickets on this cluster as well. This way they would have past issues in mind and could correlate faster if the current issue is recurring now and hence the old analysis from a closed ticket might still be valid.
