ca-injector feature

What would you like to be added:

I would need a feature like https://cert-manager.io/docs/concepts/ca-injector/ so that resources like MutatingWebhookConfiguration get the caBundle injected by a certificate or tls secret. Is something available or planned with gardener cert-management?

Why is this needed:

a very popular gitops-promotion-project kargo uses this feature in its webhooks: https://github.com/akuity/kargo/blob/93940f957ec5eda563f8b163a3fc3d78474e3120/charts/kargo/templates/webhooks/webhooks.yaml#L10C5-L10C35
