Bug: InvalidSignature errors from storage make impossible to load the CoValue

We have reports of this happening in jazz-expo

Besides fixing the underlying issue, related to either PureJSCrypto or the SQLite adapter, we should also downgrade it to a non-blocking error and self-heal the storage by removing the broken sessions and re-downloading them from the cloud.
