added support for Ecowitt Boy. Ref: https://www.ecowitt.com/shop/goodsDetail/249

I have a WS90 and the rain sensors are not showing up as entities in HA. The other sensors are. I used the Ecowitt Weather Station v0.7 integration from HACS. I'm very new to HA. Can someone point me to where I can learn how to use this modified code branch that fixes this issue? thanks

In HACS add a custom repo to "https://github.com/warrenchin/homeassistant_ecowitt" (dot menu at top right corner of HACS Integration page). Now you can download the integration. Then install like normal. (you might see 2 ecoWitt integrations if you have garbled1 version and this installed branch at the same time so make sure the pick the correct one)

this PR has been open a long time, is the dev on this plugin dead? or are we reviewing, we have confirmation that its working for Wittboy users like myself. it needs tested for non wittboy users for any regression but other than that should be approved.
