PVR Addon: Tvheadend not working properly

I'm trying to get Tvheadend working in Kodi. The stream does not work properly. Either I'm only getting audio or with other codec settings the video is too laggy to watch. Does Kodi for Steamlink support hardware decoding or do you have a suggestion for the codec settings? http://docs.tvheadend.org/webui/config_streamprofile/ Thanks in advance

Steam Link only supports h264 hardware decoding

Same here.

With Kodi 17.4 and 17.5 with TVheadend Plugin same problem as the IssueStarter. With the Plugin it can only use HTSP as Profile because its Tvheaden HTSP plugin some channels work some other only audio.

Tested also with m3u playlist from TVheadend with pass, mpeg, etc codec only with matroska codec profile it work with all channel have Video and no stuttering much testet also only 720p at profile but then audio allways much later than video so its very async very bad.

Has the steam link not enogh power or is it that kodi not full ready for steam link yet with all plugin.

Also have proble with stream videos that its stuttering when reverse or go forward or go in menu and then back it stuttering every 1 -2 scounds when start video from begin its works again.
