Clean up c0d3 repo (prune stale branches, update readme)

• Currently our repo has 10 branches but only master is used.
• Readme should be What this project is about? and less How to contribute?. Maybe copy some description from landing page along with hero image and move typescript video/acceptance criteria to wiki.
