Remove brexit-ascii

does brexit-ascii feature have any real purpose? according to https://politics.stackexchange.com/questions/61178/why-does-the-eu-uk-trade-deal-have-the-7-bit-ascii-table-as-an-appendix it seems that the table is just regular ascii with several json/pdf/... encoding errors.

On the other hand --br shortcut for --brief no longer works :(

Not really - it was a reaction to that botched ASCII table. I'll think about it, in the meantime I explicitely reintroduced the --br shortcut in c846a617a492353bb27cc560e9cc07b6033febad

TIL about this --brexit-ascii, haha, I love the {}{ character \o/

I bet it can either be kept by adding a comment about it being an "easter egg", or removed :D
