复现步骤 Reproduce step

设置-下载-最大并行任务数1 单个文件线程数1 随便下载个文件

你看到了什么错误？What errors do you see?

不论设置中单文件线程数为多少，从clash连接来看始终是5个连接

你期望看到什么？What did you expect to see?

按照我的理解，线程数应该等于建立的TCP连接数，当我设置 单个文件线程数1 的时候就应该只有一个连接才对

还有其他的内容吗？Anything else?
