@fgcui1204 这个只介绍了 iOS 的配置，我是用 Android ，用的是 配置 IKEv2 VPN: Windows 和 Android 这个。 IKEv2 连接速度感觉比 IPsec快点，也更稳定，值得拥有。

I was able to connect using TheGreenBow VPN Client. It creates virtual network adapter. Was not able to use standard Windows VPN. It supports IKEv2, but not with a shared key.
