Upload dataset to more accessible location

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to upload the dataset to a more accessible location, as it seems that downloading from baidu requires a piece of software which in turn requires an account, and since I reside outside of China there is no way for me to create an account. Could the dataset perhaps be shared through another medium such as mega.nz? Thank you for your time.
