Integration with backend

It's a good job to use Actions as the backend. And I believe there is more potential for taking advantage of it. It could be an improvement of its integration with the runner session behind.

For example, reading the list from .vscode/extensions.json and recommend user to install these extensions. That's what a normal VSCode would do.

At least in my case, the extensions tab is blank.
