LOGO keeps defaulting to helium logo

Joomla 4, helium. When I replace logo with my own logo the helium logo keeps being displayed. The particle still shows my logo selected. I have saved and recompiled etc. but the default helium logo will not go away !

If you create add a new Logo Particle and specify your image, does that work? Alternatively try setting your logo in the Base Outline > Particle Defaults

Make sure 'SVG Code" field is empty and selected. Just like below image
