Gantry 5.5 verticalmenu particle in Zenith template giving JS error in console

GRAV CMS (but could also be Joomla and Wordpress too).

After the introduction of Gantry 5.5 the vertical menu particle in the Zenith template (and other templates too) is giving a JS error in the browser console.

TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'menuArray[currentMenu].backIdx')

Hi I opened the original issue in Rockettheme forum. I delved further into the issue and I found a difference in menus (see attachments below). The row

<ul class>="menu_level" data-menu="main"

is present in the template updated o Gantry 5.5 which is NOT working, while the same row in a website still using Gantry 5.4 and working is the following:

<ul class>="menu_level menu_level--current" data-menu="main"

I'm not a coder, but I think that this generates the js error you can find in console and is definitely due to updating Gantry from 5.4.37 to 5.5.13

Hope this issue can be solved quickly, because I have 3 websites using Zenith and I'm stuck to Gantry version 5.4.37

My settings:

Gantry 5.5.13 Grav 1.7.33 Admin Panel 1.10.33.1 Problem present in Firefox, Chrome and Safari even after deleting browsers , Gantry and Grav cache.

Still no news about a fixing? Having a paid membership for Rockettheme GRAV themes I'd like some help after 15 days.....

More than a month has passed since opening this post and I'm still waiting for a fixing of this bug. In the meanwhile, I renewed my subscription to RocketTheme GRAV. I feel like I threw away my money...

A fix for the Zenith template was release 14/6/2022 for GRAV - are you saying the fix does not work for you?

Hi Mark, thanks for getting back to me. I wasn't aware of this fix (the updates in my admin panel are not reported ), anyway I tried to download theme from R T website and this is the result (1 for Safari and Chrome, 2 for Firefox) AS you can see the download link isn't working
