Add support for FontAwesome 6

Now that FontAwesome 6 is released, it would be great to be able to use it too in Gantry5 https://fontawesome.com/docs/web/setup/upgrade/#upgrade-from-version-5-when-self-hosting

I'm tagging the @thexmanxyz since he helped with the integration for FA 5. Maybe he would be willing to do the same with FA 6. I have a FA 6 Pro subscription so I'd be happy to work with him on it.

Just remember that Joomla now uses FA5, which basically means that if there are backward-incompatible icon changes, it may cause issues with Joomla core, modules and components.
