RTL Language Support

Hello i have small issue with RTL languages .i'm beginner in web designing this is my first website i do with gantry template. the issue is that the horizontal bar shows up when i open the Arabic language pages while it is shouldn't.

i think the problem is in the code {ul class="gf-menu l1 "} as it shows in the picture No.1. Because when i change it to be {ul class="rt-gf-menu l1 "} the horizontal bar disappear but it's damaging the menu style as it shows in the picture No.2.
