[Question] Does this plugin include the core functionality of 'obsidian-excel-to-markdown-table` plugin or am I reading things wrong?

It seems this plugin does what that one does and more. Or is there a benefit to having both installed? I work with Markdown tables a lot and finding these feels like hitting the lottery. I'm just curious and could use a bit of explanation possibly.
