M4 pro MacbookPro can't recognize xiaomi phone

My laptop is M4pro Macbookpro, system version 15.3.2 (24D81), and my device is xiaomi12T pro which android version is 14UKQ1.240227.001, and it can't recognize the device.

I have m4 max and it works well for me. Can you upgrade your OS to 15.4 and see if it works for you?

I'm on 15.4.1 M4, doesnt work. Logs say LIBUSB_ERROR_NOT_FOUND. Tried doing brew install for this lib still no luck.
